Fees and Payments

  • Fees will be calculated in advance and invoiced on the first day of each month. Payment must be made on time, in full, and without any deductions, offset or counterclaim. Failure to pay the fees on time may result in exclusion from classes.
  • Full payment should be paid for any informed or uninformed absence. Compensation will be arranged/offered by mutual agreement with the parent within 4 weeks provided proper notice of absence is given.

Lesson Cancellation

  • To cancel a scheduled session, please give notice at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in the time being invoiced. The only exception is where there has been an emergency or a death in the family.
  • An alternative tuition time will be offered if a cancellation is made with more than 24 hours’ notice.

Make-up lessons

  • If scheduled classes are cancelled, for any reason, students will be notified, and make-up sessions will be provided.
  • If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session, every effort will be made to arrange a make-up lesson provided proper notice is given.

Lesson Requirements

  • Students should bring notebooks/ paper, calculator, and appropriate stationary to every lesson.
  • Students should come to each session with any homework set in the previous session, completed and ready to discuss what they are working on.

Lateness

  • Students are encouraged to be punctual and report for classes on time as lessons will normally start at their scheduled time. If a student is late, time will not be made up.
  • Complaints

    It is exceptionally important that clients are happy with the service that they receive. After the first session, we will contact you to ensure that you were satisfied with the service provided and ask for any feedback.

    In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the service provided, please contact us as soon as any issue arises. Every effort will be made to resolve the issues promptly.
