We focus on:
- Practicing past GCSE papers.
- Practicing how to write accurately, fluently, and effectively by inculcating a thorough understanding of the mark scheme.
- Learning how to select and organise ideas, facts, and key points, and to cite evidence and quotes effectively and pertinently for support and emphasis.
- Learning to restructure their writing, amend any grammatical mistakes to improve coherence, and to add ambitious vocabulary for overall effectiveness.
- Learning to adapt their writing for a wide range of purposes and audiences: to describe, narrate, explain, instruct, and argue.
